The individual models of the Malcom RC-9 Reflow Checker series record accurate, board level temperatures by using a memory module that rides on the conveyor belt of your reflow oven along with your PCB's. By inserting the memory unit into the printer/adapter, temperature data is transferred and the displayed in either data list form, or in a temperature profile by selecting the specific option. Color print outs provide easier interpretation of collected data and graphs. The checker is the most ideal thermorecorder required for quality control. It is available not only for comparison and checking of various kinds of reflow furnaces, but also for soldering work.
There are four models available:
- RC-9L: for 6 channel memory unit (18mm thickness X 98mm width)
- RC-9F: for 5 channel memory unit (19mm thickness X 50mm width)
- RC-9A: for 3 channel memory unit (25mm thickness X 95mm width)
- RC-9I: for 3 channel ultra thin memory unit (15mm thickness X 85mm width)
